# About Sports Eyewear Factory

Sports Eyewear Factory is the sports eyewear brand of Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd., an export manufacturer based in Shanghai, China. We develop and produce OEM and private-label sports sunglasses, goggles and optical frames on 670 production-ready frames.

## Quality checkpoints

1. **Incoming materials:** Lens blanks, frame resin and hardware are checked against the order spec before production starts.
1. **After injection & spraying:** Frames are checked for flash, warping, colour match and finish adhesion before decoration.
1. **Lens fitting & assembly:** Lenses are checked for scratches, distortion and polarization axis, then hinges and fit are tested.
1. **Final AQL inspection:** Random sampling against the signed golden sample, with photo and video reports. Third-party inspectors are welcome.
